Mr. J. Mata

Born and raised in the Bronx, Joseph Mata studied at Stony Brook University and City College. Mr. Mata also studied acting at the Ted Bardy Studio for three years, and is also an instructor of Chun Gung Fu. As Pema Chodron said, “nothing ever goes away until it teaches us what we need to know.”
